Tidy
The short answer: open your posts, let Tidy find the old ones, check the count, and clear them — all from your own browser, without ever sharing your password. Here's how it works and what to watch for.
In Tidy, choose "Old posts". It takes you straight to the right page on Facebook.

A bulk clean-up is fastest when you decide what you want to keep before you start. Open your Facebook profile and think about whether there are old photos, life updates, family posts or memories you would rather save. If there is any chance you will want them later, download a copy first.
Tidy is built for posts you are comfortable removing. It shows a count before anything is deleted, but it is not a review tool for carefully deciding on each individual memory. For a first pass, start with a smaller batch and check that the Activity Log section is the one you expected.
Tidy works inside the Facebook page you already have open. It does not ask for your password, upload your posts, or create a separate account.
