Tidy can't find anything to tidy
Make sure you've opened one of the sections (like "old posts") and tapped "find" first. Tidy can only see the items once they've loaded onto the page — and it'll keep scrolling to bring more in.
A button looks like it's missing
Tidy works best when Facebook is set to English. If your Facebook is in another language, some buttons may not be recognised just yet.
Facebook looks different to the guide
Facebook changes its design now and then. If something seems off, let us know which section and we'll get Tidy updated to match.
Facebook shows a warning or feels slow
Stop the tidy, give it a little while, then try again with a smaller clear-out and the "Gentle" speed. It's best not to rush Facebook.
